We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, giving you a whole 30 days to really get to know your new product.
If things don’t work out, just let us know within 30 days by following our easy returns process and we’ll either help you find an alternative product or give you a full refund. Learn more here.
We formulate our products with all skin types in mind and have a small core range to create uncomplicated skincare routines for everyone to build healthier skin. Yes, our entire range is vegan, and we are Vegan certified. Also our products involve no animal testing whatsoever.
No, none of our products contain palm oil, and they never will - we have made a commitment to ourselves not to use palm oil.
Many natural, organic or “clean beauty” products still have 20 to 50 ingredients in them, many of which are zero-impact (polite term for filler), and far too many to make any sense of. Our mission is to allow you to understand what you are putting on your skin.
There’s an analogy to a healthy diet. People have moved away from processed foods, and most healthy people take care what they are putting into their bodies. In that context, many popular skincare products are like sausages. And many natural skincare brands are just adding one or two good ingredients alongside, like eating lettuce with a processed sausage.
We offer effective skincare with only five healthy ingredients.
Since our products are natural and we don’t use unnatural preservatives, our products have a shelf life of typically 6 months once opened. If the products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer.
All of our products are made in the UK.
SHIPPING FAQs
Yes, currently all of our UK orders are subject to free delivery.
We use the service provide Yodel - Xpress to ship your orders, which is fully tracked.
Orders are dispatched every weekday by 2pm and should arrive to you within within 1-5 Working Days.
If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days, feel free to get in touch and we'll aim to help.
We want you (and your skin) to be happy. If you’re not totally satisfied, we're very happy to offer a refund or exchange. This even applies if you have opened and tried the product, within 30 days of purchase – just send it back to us. We value all your feedback.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase date, securely packaged. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, just in case.

We aim to process returns within ten working days of receipt. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we’ll refund your postage and packaging costs.
We will either replace your products or refund you, within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at hello@fivedotbotanics.com with your order ID number, a photo of the fault and a description of the problem.
Unfortunately, we can not currently offer international shipping. If you are from outside of the UK, we recommend shopping our range from Look Fantastic, but please check their delivery and returns policy first.
