Are all your products vegan?

Yes, our entire range is vegan, and we are Vegan certified. Also our products involve no animal testing whatsoever.

Do any of your products contain Palm Oil?

No, none of our products contain palm oil, and they never will - we have made a commitment to ourselves not to use palm oil.

Why only five ingredients in each product?

Many natural, organic or “clean beauty” products still have 20 to 50 ingredients in them, many of which are zero-impact (polite term for filler), and far too many to make any sense of. Our mission is to allow you to understand what you are putting on your skin.

There’s an analogy to a healthy diet. People have moved away from processed foods, and most healthy people take care what they are putting into their bodies. In that context, many popular skincare products are like sausages. And many natural skincare brands are just adding one or two good ingredients alongside, like eating lettuce with a processed sausage.

We offer effective skincare with only five healthy ingredients.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products are natural and we don’t use unnatural preservatives, our products have a shelf life of typically 6 months once opened. If the products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer.  

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in the UK. 

What delivery company do you use?

We only use Royal Mail to fulfil our deliveries, we do not use unregulated delivery or courier companies even though they may be far cheaper.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer FREE First Class delivery on all UK orders. Please choose from one of the following types when you buy your products:

UK Standard Delivery

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-3 working days | FREE

International Delivery

Orders with addresses outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail
European Union or EEA Delivery: £10
Rest of World: £15

 

To ensure there are no mistakes and that our delivery company has all the correct address information, our system verifies your address with your postcode. We’re afraid that we're unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.



When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within one working day from London UK via Royal Mail. Royal Mail 1st Class takes between one to three days. International order delivery times will vary: please check your parcel tracking information.

What is your returns policy?

We want you (and your skin) to be happy. If you’re not totally satisfied, we're very happy to offer a refund or exchange. This even applies if you have opened and tried the product, within 30 days of purchase – just send it back to us. We value all your feedback.

  • How do I return a product to you?

    Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase date, securely packaged. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, just in case.

    Please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and post to:

    We aim to process returns within ten working days of receipt. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we’ll refund your postage and packaging costs.

     


    My order has arrived damaged/ faulty, what should I do?

    We will either replace your products or refund you, within 30 days of purchase. Please email us supplying your order ID number, a photo of the fault and a description of the problem.
